- to design, plan and implement associates' engagement events including Family Day, Children's Day, new year
townhall meeting and others;
- to plan and create contents of internal communications for the channels e.g. wechat and internal memo
Video communications:
- responsible for video shooting and editing for executives' speeches
- to lead Bosch China vlog project in close collaboration with business divisions and other corporate functions;
Others:
- to support on project management of other major internal and external communications activities e.g. annual press conference, Auto ChinaQualifications- Creative thinking
- Experience in copywriting and editing
- Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software is a plus
- Good communication (oral and written) and cooperation skills
- Good organizational and planning abilities
- Good command of English
