Work together with Communications Director in developing and delivering comprehensive local communications strategies both external and internal
Assist in maintaining and expanding relationships with key media outlets and other key stakeholders
Support the production and dissemination of communication materials such as press releases, brochures, website/intranet content, and other communications materials and report on the effectiveness of communications
Identify internal communications needs and fulfil them through creative engagement initiatives
Communicate key messages which inform and empower our staff to deliver our business strategy, and help connect the China team to the rest of the company
Manage multiple channels including newsletters, emails, Microsoft Teams, videos and Hive
Support issue/crisis management

Role requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Journalism, Communications, or related fields
3-5 years of experience in media communications, with strong media network
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
Hands-on experience with employee communications will be an advantage
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and creative in content creation
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels across regional/global geographies
