Join Coupang now to create an epic experience in this always-on, high-tech, and hyper-connected world.Role OverviewJIKGU is Coupang's cross-border shopping service, which guarantees delivery of goods shipped from US/CN/JP/HK to Korea and Taiwan within 3-5 days. Coupang provides a vast selection of high-quality products at reasonable prices through this end-to-end cross-border solution. We are scaling JIKGU significantly, with a particular focus on expanding our selection and infrastructure. To drive this expansion, we are seeking a high caliber Product Owner. The Product Owner, will be responsible for this cross-border offering and develop the technologies needed to attract, retain and grow Jikgu customers on our platform.What You Will DoAs the Product Owner, responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

Define and drive the vision, strategy and success metrics to scale up Jikgu business for both Korean and Taiwan market - better purchase and post-purchase experience for customers, as well as faster speed and better price from Supply Chain perspective;
Drive alignment with a variety of stakeholders, including sales and marketing executives, operations leaders, and engineering teams, to deliver on the above goals;
Prioritize and create a roadmap of projects and initiatives, considering trade-offs and optimizing for customer experience;
Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility.

Basic QualificationsKey Experience

10+ years product management experience in e-commerce industry, ideally with both customer and seller side experience
Experience and track record of delivering features and products at scale
Analytical and problem-solving skills to find creative ways to cover come obstacles

Traits and Competencies

Analytical thinker who works well in a global, fast-paced, data-driven, cross-functional, and highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture
Bias for action and willingness to get your hands dirty to get the job done
Sound business judgment and proven ability to effectively communicate and influence others, including executive level reviews

Skills and Qualifications

Experience working with global product development team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
