As a Project Manager, you will lead and support digitalization initiatives across logistics and supply chain operations.You will bridge business and technology by translating operational needs into system solutions, ensuring successful implementation and continuous improvement of digital tools and processes.Your responsibilitiesProject management & system implementation
  • Lead or support end-to-end project delivery for logistics digitalization initiatives
  • Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful implementation
  • Ensure project outcomes align with client expectations and business objectives
Business analysis & requirements translation
  • Analyse logistics and supply chain processes to identify opportunities for digital improvement
  • Translate business needs into clear and structured technical requirements
  • Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure scalable and effective solutions
Cross-functional collaboration
  • Act as a key link between clients, operations, and technical teams
  • Provide guidance based on a strong understanding of client needs
  • Facilitate communication, align priorities, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle
User training & process optimization
  • Support system rollouts and conduct user training sessions
  • Collect user feedback and drive continuous improvement of systems and processes
  • Document project learnings to enhance future implementations
You are
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or system implementation
  • Experience in logistics, 3PL/4PL, or supply chain digitalization is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, structured, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple priorities
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
