- Lead or support end-to-end project delivery for logistics digitalization initiatives
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful implementation
- Ensure project outcomes align with client expectations and business objectives
- Analyse logistics and supply chain processes to identify opportunities for digital improvement
- Translate business needs into clear and structured technical requirements
- Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure scalable and effective solutions
- Act as a key link between clients, operations, and technical teams
- Provide guidance based on a strong understanding of client needs
- Facilitate communication, align priorities, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Support system rollouts and conduct user training sessions
- Collect user feedback and drive continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Document project learnings to enhance future implementations
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or system implementation
- Experience in logistics, 3PL/4PL, or supply chain digitalization is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, structured, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple priorities
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
