Overview:This role will focus on unlocking growth in Functional and Nutrition space by formulating clear strategy and supporting initiatives landing Responsibilities:- Decode/design longer term ambition, portfolio x channel matrix, GTM plan and implementation roadmap for China foods Functional and Nutrition platforms- Fast-forward Quaker transformation journey, by leading cross-functional SLAM team as central PMO- Support designing Foods SDD, AOP and other strategic and transformational agendaQualifications:

BA required; 5-7 years’ experience of top consulting firm preferred; PMO/marketing/commercial experience in consumer goods/retail/internet companies is a big plus

Experienced in cross-functional project management, able to drive senior stakeholders and fast-track deliverables with strong ownership

Good problem solving intrinsic with analytical skills and clear structured thinking to define problems and frameworks

Bright, self-driven, and intellectually curious thinker who is passionate about consumer goods and innovations

Very strong English communication and business presentation skills, with high attention to details
