Job Description Summary:Role SummaryThe Senior Manager, Portfolio Strategy is responsible for shaping portfolio choices by translating human, shopper, and market insights into clear strategic recommendations across brands, categories, and occasions. Sitting within the Human & Shopper Insights team, this role provides an enterprise, fact-based view on how the portfolio should evolve to drive growth, relevance, and value.This role acts as a strategic thought partner to Marketing, Category, and Commercial teams—helping the organization make better decisions on what to grow, where to play, and how to prioritize across a complex, multi-category portfolio.Please note: This role is not a fully remote position.
