- Based on analyzing Shopper behavior patterns, consumption habits, and preferences to bring recommendations of where are growth opportunities
- Closely work with platforms to understand platform/ platform shopper trends to give recommendations to business team recommendation of how LEGO brand engage with platform to maximize shopper expansion.
- Provide shopper data among different platforms to performance media and campaign team for develop related activations
- Regularly produce data analysis reports, providing insights into shopper behavior and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with other teams (especially Marketing teams and Channel teams) to ensure data analysis results effectively support business decisions
- 8+ years of solid experience in related area is preferred, solid consulting background (data / insight experience)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, or related fields would be preferred.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Familiar with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong logical thinking and data sensitivity.
- Strong EC business understanding
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data analysis results into understandable insights and recommendations.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin in both oral and written.
