Learn more at .Essential Key ResponsibilitiesAs the local leader of D&B analytics team for mainland China and Hong Kong, this position· lead end-to-end all D&B China standard score initiatives, from development to implementation, ensuring seamless integration into product pipelines and local/global platforms· Responsible for all analytics supports for local China sales teams, through working closely with both internal teams as well as outside clients· Manage and mentor a group of data scientists, building a culture of ownership, agility, and continuous learning· Act as a key liaison between Sales, Product, Technology, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and execution across functions· Lead the efforts to build and maintain all D&B China local standard analytics scores· Lead the efforts to build and maintain all client analytical productsEssential Skills and Qualifications· Master's or PhD degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Operations Research or a related field· 5+ years of experience in analytics project management with a minimum of 3 years in managing the planning and execution of complex analytics initiatives. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive storytelling skills· Proven experience leading analytics team in a matrixed, fast-paced organization.
