Join my client in leading the future of language education while immersing yourself in China's rich cultural tapestry and warm hospitality.Responsibilities:**Create engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum objectives and effectively deliver English language instruction.**Foster a supportive classroom environment conducive to active learning.**Utilize interactive teaching methods such as group work, discussions, debates, and multimedia resources.**Provide individualized attention and support to meet the diverse needs of students.**Assess student progress regularly through assignments, tests, projects, and presentations.**Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning activities.**Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student performance or concerns.**Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.Requirements:**Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).**TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent qualification (CELTA/DELTA preferred).**Proven experience teaching English as a second language at the high school level.**Strong knowledge of English grammar rules and principles of language acquisition.**Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with high school students,parents/guardians, and colleagues.**Cultural sensitivity combined with an understanding of Chinese culture is highly desirable.Benefits:**Salary ranges from 16000 CNY - 22000 CNY depending on your qualifications and experience**50% payment of summer (around 5 weeks) and winter vacation (around 3 weeks)**Housing will not be provided but you will be assissted in finding housing**Flight allowance up to 4,000 CNY which will be paid at the end of the contract**Training and curriculum provided**11 days Chinese official holidays PLUS summer and winter vacation**Up to 7 days of PAID holiday accommodation upon arrival**Foreign teachers community (group events eg; hiking, BBQ's)
