We are looking for an English as an Additional Language (EAL) Teacher for an International School based in Beijing's Chaoyang district. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August 2024.About the schoolOne of the international bilingual education pioneers in China. Teach the subject of English as an additional language to primary school students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
Prepare lessons, lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
Co-teach with fellow teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum
Support the program coordinators in the maintenance of an accurate inventory of educational resources
Use a wide range of technologies and creative teaching and learning methodologies to accommodate differing learning styles
Asses and monitor students' progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above
More than 2 years' teaching experience
Teaching certificate
Experience in IB MYP, DP curriculum strongly preferred
Excellent English communicative skills

Salary and benefits

Monthly salary of 22,000 to 32,000 RMB before tax commensurate with experience and qualifications
