  • NEXUS coordinator of QDPC
  • NEXUS contacting window for CC/STC and other PC who raise NEXUS to QD.
  • Communicate with originators to confirm the information. And trace more site information.
  • Assign NEXUS to right investigators after initial analysis
  • Regular meeting to drive the NEXUS investigation progress/closure and report to VIN/SUN PQM and PC pack.
  • Warranty data review and drive improvement.
  • Check and analysis warranty information.
  • Download and review PARS report, communicate with CC/STC for confusing area.
  • SAP data check (IW53) and review, communication with CC/STC.
  • Coordinate with 6-sigma project teams to drive warranty reduction (e.g. T-warranty, E-parts, iXL900R oil black, workmanship, etc.).
  • Regular meeting and reporting.
  • Coordinate manufacturing failures handling.
  • Coordinate manufacturing failures handling to reduce workmanship related failures.
  • Trace the improvement actions internally based on customer feedback.
  • Prepare related report and reporting. Attend related internal process audit, attend the investigation of root cause analysis and follow the corrective actions internally.
To succeed, you will needEducation level:Bachelor's degree in engineering related.Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience)5+ years' experience in semiconductor, or manufacture industry or automotive industry as a quality engineer.2+ years customer quality handling experienceKnowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fullfil the role's responsibilities)Customer quality handling experience.6 sigma knowledge, Black Belt is preferedGood communication, coordination and response actively.Result driven capability.Technical and Analytical skills necessary to understand assembly processes.Root cause problem solving experience requiredKnow general knowledge about process characterization concepts such as SPC, control plan and FMEA, etcAbility to function in a team-oriented environment is required.Quality/reliability knowledge and direct experience in leading manufacturing failure analysis is required.Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements)Good communication and presentation skills both in English and Chinese are required.In return, we offer you1.
