- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to promote Nayax products and grow revenue from Chinese OEM customers
- Explore sales targets in different industry verticals, stay updated on industry trends and provide market feedback to the company
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain a strong prospect list and develop close relationships with key customers
- Support the organization and execution of events and trade shows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical support, customer success, and sales operations, and coordinate with global teams for joint initiatives and partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Information Technology Management is required; MBA is a plus
- 7–10 years of relevant experience; background in the payment industry is highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Technically savvy with the ability to assist customers through complex technical processes.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player
- Native Chinese speaker with fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel frequently
