You will lead a sales team of 9 subordinators and make national sales for the company's localized products and equipment. ...about the job.Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in China.
2. Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
3. Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in the pharmaceutical, sectors.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to enhance their experience.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
6. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
7. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
8. Represent Uhlmann Packaging at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services and network with key stakeholders.skills and experience required.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
2. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the packaging machinery or related industry.
3. Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical, markets in China, with established connections and relationships.
4. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve results.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin.
6. Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
