- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the MICE and corporate events market
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and account growth
- Understand client requirements and develop customized proposals and event solutions
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
- Lead contract negotiations and close sales to achieve revenue targets
- Manage sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience within MICE, hospitality, travel, or event-related industries
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
- Fluent English communication skills will be an advantage
