- Policy & Knowledge Management:
- Build, update, and maintain effective operational policies according to global and local regulatory requirements, covering KYC, customer support, and client services.
- Plan and lead initiatives related to the knowledge base, ensuring policies remain relevant and actionable.
- Quality Assurance:
- Develop and implement a robust quality control model and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality and compliant KYC, customer support, and client services.
- Monitor, analyze, and address quality gaps to improve performance.
- Generate quality reports for stakeholders, including board members, compliance controllers, and regulators.
- Training:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training plans for new services and operational changes.
- Continuously assess training gaps and develop targeted actions to improve training effectiveness.
- China B2B Initiatives:
- Lead initiatives related to B2B solutions, including calibration of the knowledge base, development of training content, and creation and implementation of QA frameworks.
- Leadership & Talent Management:
- Manage and motivate team members, driving them to exceed objectives while fostering professional growth.
- Identify and develop talent within the team and ensure alignment towards operational excellence.
- Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in managing cross-functional teams and supporting large-scale operations.
- Strong expertise in knowledge management, quality assurance, and training program implementation.
- Proven track record of managing compliance and operational process improvements.
- Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of the China business environment, with experience in B2B solutions.
- Familiarity with local regulatory requirements, and ability to translate them into actionable operational practices.
- Skills:
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive initiatives in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing process gaps and producing actionable insights.
