- A Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager for Flixonase brand in OTC MKT team, replacing current Flixonase BM who will leave in early April for personal reasons. The role report to Senior Marketing Manager directly.
- Facilitate SMM to develop annual brand growth plan across multi-channels.
- Communication strategy development, campaign (include social campaign) development & execution.
- Business management: monthly business tracking and analysis
- Be accountable for delivery of annual brand P&L with daily budget management.
- Communication with/ Manage agency (media agency/ digital agency/ production agency etc.) and cross-functional relationships (shopper marketing, TMK, sales etc.) to deliver results
- Understands commercial operating model of marketing, channels, P&L management, budget planning etc. and have experience to handle business as brand owner.
- Capable of framing and conceptualizing business problems, embeds business strategy and plans; able to connect and synthesize data sources, research outputs and market trends into business
- Able to establish relationships across internal functions and external partners to drive good result; Have project management experience, able to structure workplans and deliver projects managing for quality, time and budget
- Capable of engaging agency with good communication skills
- Result oriented and demonstrate a can-do attitude; Quickly learn and recover from setbacks
- Above 2 years of professional experience with direct experience in FMCG/FMCH/OTC MKT background
- Experience of working across functions as the individual contributor
- Experience of digital/social/ E-commerce are welcomed
