Our strategy is based on understanding our clients' challenges and helping them achieve visibility of cost, schedule, and performance through effective service methodologies, tools and systems.To understand more of us, please visit our website: .Job DescriptionThe Senior Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project execution. This involves collaboration with various departments, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to align project timelines and resources.Responsibilities

Develop and oversee detailed project schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary project data and milestones.
Monitor and oversee project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
Prepare and oversee regular progress reports, including schedule updates, earned value analysis, and performance metrics.
Analyze project trends and provide forecasts to support decision-making.
Lead planning meetings and workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Mentor junior Planning Engineers and support their development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management or a related field.
10+ years' experience in project planning within the oil and gas sector, energy sector and infrastructure sector.
Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6 preferred).
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment and good English capability.
