Everyone is an approachable professional, tenacious and versatile, a challenging team member, and a respected and valued mentor.Our Sales team is looking for an Account Manager to nurture our contracted clients as part of our GCR Sales team in our Beijing/Shenzhen office. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of selling enterprise SaaS analytics/platforms to advertisers (ideally mobile), and will be very familiar with complex/strategic sales processes. You must be comfortable in a fast-paced hyper growth company, thrive in nurturing and upselling existing clients and evangelize AppsFlyer as the Attribution Authority.What you'll do:Own and grow revenue across an assigned portfolio of Growth Market customersDrive customer retention and expansion through proactive account managementBuild relationships with key business and technical stakeholders within client organizationsIdentify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer objectivesSupport commercial discussions that help clients scale their marketing measurement practicesMaintain accurate forecasts and visibility into account growth pipelineUnderstand customer goals and challenges to position AppsFlyer solutions effectivelyCollaborate with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to drive customer outcomesPromote AppsFlyer best practices and platform adoption across assigned accountsWho you are:5+ years of relevant experience in account management, customer-facing sales, or revenue ownership rolesMinimum 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or digital marketing platformsProven track record of growing revenue within existing customer accountsExperience managing mid-market or growth-stage clients in dynamic environmentsStrong commercial acumen with the ability to identify expansion opportunitiesSolid understanding of the digital advertising and mobile marketing ecosystemSkilled at building relationships across multiple stakeholder levelsData-driven and comfortable working with forecasts, account planning, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented working styleFluent in Mandarin and English with strong communication skillsBonus points:

  • Mobile (iOS, Android) advertising experience or ad monetization experience
  • Experience in working with Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms
