- Manage e2e Purchasing project activities coordinating with internal stakeholders to optimize the overall supply of direct IMS suppliers.
- Contribute to deliver bottom line/top line results by managing own spend / projects.
- Formulate and lead negotiation strategies across supplier base on commercial agreements and mitigate risks.
- Continuously identify strategic sourcing opportunities and deliver sustainable saving pipelines.
- Define and manage supplier portfolios and strategic supplier relationships.
- Shape your own career with global & regional opportunities in trainings, job rotation, and development programs within Henkel.
- Contribute to regional sourcing strategy with connection with cross-functional stakeholders at country and plant level.
- Build and maintain a multi-functional network of local stakeholders and support for execution of the regional and even global strategy at all levels.
- Develop subject matter expert of local market intelligence to collaborate with regional team to drive for the supplier full potential.
- Provide leadership in local purchasing process with regional alignment and actively look for improvement opportunities.
- Drive the sustainability topic in responsible plants to ensure sustainable supplier base to meet corporate sustainability target.What makes you a good fit
- Master's Degree with 5 years' service-related category (e.g. HR /Travel/Fleet/FM) sourcing / procurement experience.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to concise complex market knowledge and influence.
- Demonstrated ability to create and lead the implementation of sourcing strategies.
- Strong negotiation skill, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Able to build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn or undertake different categories of sourcing, job rotation, short assignments - within the region or globally.
- Fluent in Korean and English.
