
Sales Account Manager (Korean Speaker)

- Develop and agree the strategic sales direction with Management for market segments, product platform and key focus customers. Achieve the target set by Management.
- Maintain existing customer and business, meanwhile develop new opportunities in Korean business to ensure sales growth.
- Identify from customer needs to projects, be clear with business objectives, communicate well with technical, marketing, Supply Chain and other support teams to win the project.
- Understand company offering of solution and services. Annual selling price review with customer, including price negotiation.
- Ensure sustainable growth while maintaining both customer satisfaction and in line with company compliance.
- Proven experience in Sales role.
- Passionate for Sales
- Strong communication and motivational ability.
- Teamwork sense.
- Fluency in both Korean, Chinese and English languages.
