- Responsible for executing strategic planning for financial software products, including market research, competitive analysis, product positioning, and roadmap development.
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as development, design, testing, etc.) to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, optimize product features, and enhance user experience.
- Responsible for writing product documents, such as requirement documents, functional specifications, user manuals, etc.
- Analyze market trends and competitors, continuously improve and optimize products.
- Support the customer success team in conducting all pre-sales activities for our digital service products, including customer meetings/solution presentations/RFP responses that align with business goals and value propositions.
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of work experience as a financial software product manager, with experience in UI design and user experience design, capable of developing excellent user interfaces and page interaction designs.
- Familiar with financial markets and industry trends, with a deep understanding of financial products, familiarity with private equity fund management software solutions (eFront, investran, SMP, etc.), ERP system configuration/implementation is a plus.
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with different teams and clients.
- Able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, proactive, with good organizational and planning skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in product management tools and processes, such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Good Excel and data processing skills.
- English can be used as the working language, with Mandarin and Cantonese preferred.
