- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Compliance, Operations, Risk, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of client requests and timely resolution of operational issues, in compliance with bank policies and local regulatory requirements.
- Conduct data analysis and market research to support business development initiatives, including tracking trends across key sectors/corridors, identifying potential target clients from specific countries/regions, and analysing portfolio performance metrics.
- Assis in preparation of client meeting materials, pitch books, and credit applications under the guidance of relationship managers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Monitor client transaction activities and account behaviours to identify cross-sell opportunities or potential risks, escalating to relationship managers and team leader as appropriate.
- Support the team in achieving key performance indicators by maintaining accurate client records, tracking revenue and pipeline data related to inbound business, and contributing to regular reporting requirements.
- Handle administrative tasks as assigned by the team leader, including meeting coordination, expense reporting, and maintenance of team documentation and filling systems.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop professional skills and deepen understanding of inbound business, key corridor dynamics and sector-specific trends.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity risk awareness, and compliance in all activities, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Strong navigating skills including understanding of the strategic direction, ability of translating strategy into action, aligning and prioritising direction for self and team.
- Relationship management experience.
- Strong client engagement skills.
- Understanding and experience with managing Multinational Corporates.
- Strong strategic thinking, and organisational, analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills. A team player.
- Excellent spoken and written English skill. Proficient in other languages will be an advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive banking experience, preferably within corporate banking or multinational corporate coverage.
