  • To work with global Product team, local Production team, Quality team and other teams (e.g. Sales & Application) to launch new products in Changzhou until PPAP completed.
  • Focus on production process improvement during new product validation, aim to increase product quality, reduce scrap and shorten cycle time to target values.
  • SAP data input, BOM & Routing creation (Validation phase & after normal production)
  • Routing Card creation & PFMEA creation.
  • PPAP documents preparation.
  • To lead material related VAVE projects to reduce cost.
  • To offer technical support to Sales team & Application team
  • Other tasks assigned by department manager or supervisor

Requirements and Preferred Skills
  • Minimum 5 years' working experience in manufacturing industry with Product/Process/IE/Lean Production
  • Mine 2 years' Working experience in foreign company (U.S investment company is preferred)
  • Bachelor or above degree
  • Major in Engineering (Rubber, Polymer or Chemical is preferred)
  • PPAP, FMEA & Control Plan knowledge
  • Good command of English, both written and oral
