- Manage and develop senior‑level relationships with large SOEs, leading private enterprises, and strategic corporate clients across priority industries.
- Originate and execute FX and interest rate hedging solutions, with additional coverage of commodities, precious metals, and structured products where appropriate.
- Act as a trusted advisor to corporate treasury and finance teams, providing market insights and risk management guidance.
- Identify new business opportunities and support onboarding of new strategic clients, while deepening wallet share with existing relationships.
- Partner closely with WB Coverage team and other business partners to deliver integrated “One Bank” solutions.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in line with internal risk, conduct, and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to franchise development and team capability through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- 10+ years of experience in Global Markets corporate sales or a related client‑facing role.
- Excellent relationship with local SOEs and POEs, especially with financial department of the target clientele base.
- Strong knowledge of FX and interest rate hedging solutions for corporate clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior client relationships and generate sustainable revenues.
- Solid understanding of the China corporate market and regulatory environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively with banking, credit, and trading partners.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
