It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Global Markets Corporate Sales professional to support the continued growth of our corporate markets business in China. The role is responsible for driving Global Markets sales business with corporate clients and delivering professional, client‑focused solutions in line with the bank’s risk management and regulatory standards.
  • Manage and develop senior‑level relationships with large SOEs, leading private enterprises, and strategic corporate clients across priority industries.
  • Originate and execute FX and interest rate hedging solutions, with additional coverage of commodities, precious metals, and structured products where appropriate.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to corporate treasury and finance teams, providing market insights and risk management guidance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support onboarding of new strategic clients, while deepening wallet share with existing relationships.
  • Partner closely with WB Coverage team and other business partners to deliver integrated “One Bank” solutions.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in line with internal risk, conduct, and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to franchise development and team capability through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Global Markets corporate sales or a related client‑facing role.
  • Excellent relationship with local SOEs and POEs, especially with financial department of the target clientele base.
  • Strong knowledge of FX and interest rate hedging solutions for corporate clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior client relationships and generate sustainable revenues.
  • Solid understanding of the China corporate market and regulatory environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with banking, credit, and trading partners.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
