- Lead and Develop quality systems and procedures, inspection plans, quality performance trends, statistical plans and continuous improvement initiatives specific to assigned customers/product.
- Perform Customer Purchase Order/Contact Reviews to identify quality requirements for impact into the manufacturing system. Ensure that all documentation, Certification/Inspection Reports, making, packaging, source inspection and applicable Supplier Source Release are identified and acceptable.
- Review and maintain all assigned customer quality documents and specifications.
- Interface and/or work closely with Quality Assurance, Inspection, Design and Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Shipping personnel on procedural issues involving design, methods, tooling, cost and other areas involved in the control of product quality.
- Participate as leader in the development and implementation of quality related policies and procedures based on corporate and government/customer requirements, as well as in conjunction with AS9100/ISO 9001 requirements. 在公司与政府/客户要求的基础上，同时结合AS9100/ISO 9001的要求，参与并带领制定和执行与品质相关的政策及程序。
- Be able to lead in Material Review Board activities, failure analysis and corrective action investigations, and assist in the timely disposition and processing of nonconforming material.
- Make recommendations to management or ISO/Continuous Improvement Steering Committee on the implementation of process improvements on assigned program(s) or product area(s).
- Act as liaison for the company in coordinating and resolving customer and supplier complaints and concerns, relative to quality performance, investigations, system audits and corrective actions.
- Participate as leader on Process improvement Teams or other Continuous Improvement Groups.
- Prepare periodic and special reports on quality statistics and other related quality issues on assigned program(s) or product area(s).
- Review manufacturing planning (work order), methods and process specifications as it relates to assuring product quality.
- Respond to customer Corrective Action Request in a timely manner, by investigating and determining root cause and corrective/preventive measures to eliminate deficiencies. Coordinate team efforts to resolve issues and monitor trends.
- Perform internal audits/surveys, where applicable, to assure compliance to specific quality/customer requirements. Audit and validate Statistical Process Control data and procedures for assigned program(s) or product area(s).
- Initiate Corrective Action Requests and monitors follow-up for effective closure and elimination of identified deficiencies.
- Support inspection, heat treatment, and lab personnel on quality issues of parts and materials.

- To monitor the Gage calibration system is effective and complies with company operating procedures.
- Make sure the jobs of EHS & 5S run well in working area
- Perform quality supporting with timely to support production ramp up
- If necessary, sometimes OT is required by the supervisor
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent; or above related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education of education and experience.
- Be able to lead the quality improvements at multi- programs or products area
- Five to seven years Product Manufacturing, Quality Engineering required. Four years above experience in technical writing and/or implementation of quality specifications and procedures.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry into practices.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variable in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
- Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, excel spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
- Knowledge of Quality and inspection systems and techniques including MSA, Gage R&R, Statistical Control Methods(SPC) and Corrective in Action system.
- Certificate from Quality Institution preferred, such as CQE, CQA.
