You will review and manage supplier documents and production documents.As a Quality Records Control Clerk, you will be responsible for:· Collecting and reviewing quality reports from supplier site and internal production site, ensure all reports meet the requirements of Standard/ DWG/Specifications· Collecting traceability information - POs/work orders/sales orders/shipments for the entire process in SAP, putting all documents in order/uploading them to system· Preparing Declaration of Conformity for varies type products according to Quality Standard and sales information· Preparing Quality Documents according to Quality/Engineering specification and customers’ requirement· Handling and auditing customer complaints relative to quality documents and material nonconformanceFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:· Have experience in MNC QC function, majored in machinery or relevant, three years’ work experience in marching operation/assemble or quality system· Be Familiar with process of machining/casting/welding/heat treatment/painting, understand the quality requirements and related standards· Be familiar with ISO Quality Management System and Quality control tools· Be a good team player and display good communication and problem solving skills. Be proactively to coordinate the team improvement· Be able to perform additional work-scopes as required to assist ther team and customers daily operations· Have good English Skills. Be good at organizing and planning.
