The Senior Facility Engineer for Cytiva is responsible for manage the equipment and facilities for the operation of plant, ensure the normal operation of equipment and facilities in the plant, supply the necessary water, electricity and gas;
This position is part of the Equipment & Facility located in Beijing and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.What you will do:
Key Responsibilities：
1、Responsible for improving the preparation and revision of relevant SOP of the department and URS.IQ.OQ.PQ.SOP documents
2、Formulate annual maintenance plan for equipment and facilities, and carry out preventive maintenance for power and equipment
3、Supervise the construction of equipment and facilities, conduct technical training and EHS related training for subordinates, and ensure the safe operation of equipment

5、Responsible for the maintenance, measurement, and verification of equipment in the department, and the submission of spare parts procurement plan and acceptance
6、Responsible for carrying out the work according to the requirements of the production order, including personnel arrangement, equipment operation preparation, environmental preparation
7、Annual AOP&CAPEX plan and control of the factory
8、Other work assigned by leaders.Who you are:
Position Qualification Requirement：
1、Education & Professional Background
University degree or above, major in electronic technology
2、Relevant Experience
More than 10 years of relevant work experience in equipment and facilities
3、Language Skills
Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
4、Other Requirements
Good communication, coordination, and analysis skills; Be familiar with the operation principle of the equipment, have a strong sense of responsibility, and love your job.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
1. Experience in facility management of biopharmaceutical factory
2. Familiar with GMP\ ISO14644 industry standards
