
Customer Service / Order Management Specialist

- Download customer orders and forecasts from customer portals, organize, and enter into SAP system.
- Work with customers, sales, and planners to resolve system alerts and ensure order and forecast accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal planners to expedite materials, manage inbound stock, and ensure timely shipment from warehouse.
- Track delivery to customer sites, covering new project samples, mass production, and aftermarket requirements.
- Familiar with VMI/CMI processes; monitor stock levels, replenish in time, and track quantities consumed but not invoiced, as well as received but not yet
- consumed inventory.
- Follow up on overdue payments with customers.
- Support sales in achieving monthly collection targets.
- Use SAP to process returns, replacements, or refunds for confirmed quality issues.
- Understand customer-specific shipping requirements (labels, delivery notes, returnable packaging, etc.) and prepare work instructions for warehouse in
- advance.
- Perform monthly reconciliation with customer statements and notify Finance for invoicing.
- Assist sales with price applications and adjustments.
- Handle related paperwork such as new account creation, FOC, CR&DR, Rebate, and Cost Claim requests.
- Bachelor’s degree. CET-4 English level or above, with strong written business English skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in order management, planning, or similar roles.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure.
- SAP system experience required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
