Role Purpose 职位目的：Engage internal and external customers to ensure CEP brand strategy cascade effectively and to achieve targeted sales growth and market share growth.Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责：

Understand customer and market dynamics. Create competitive strategies to maximize business potential.
Ensure an integrated, aligned, and cross-functional approach in implementation on business strategies with a focus on execution and achievement for sales targets.
Engage the sales team, timely delivery marketing strategies. Ensure marketing plans and programs to be smoothly implemented for business growth.
Develop promotional material and delivery training for sales.
Organize promotional meeting and national conference sponsorship.
Analyze market/brands/competitor performance.

Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)申请资格 / 职位要求： (教育背景 / 工作经验 / 知识与技能)

University degree, Medical Science, Pharmacy or related major.
Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry and 2-4 years’ experience in brand management.
Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese, proficiency in use of standard software applications, especially Power Point.
Proactive in problem solving and a team player.
Passionate for excellent work, self-motivated and customer orientated.
