- Ensure an integrated, aligned, and cross-functional approach in implementation on business strategies with a focus on execution and achievement for sales targets.
- Engage the sales team, timely delivery marketing strategies. Ensure marketing plans and programs to be smoothly implemented for business growth.
- Develop promotional material and delivery training for sales.
- Organize promotional meeting and national conference sponsorship.
- Analyze market/brands/competitor performance.
- University degree, Medical Science, Pharmacy or related major.
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry and 2-4 years’ experience in brand management.
- Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese, proficiency in use of standard software applications, especially Power Point.
- Proactive in problem solving and a team player.
- Passionate for excellent work, self-motivated and customer orientated.
