about the roleKey responsibilityTo develop quality solutions and competitive proposal to meet customer’s business requirements. The process starts with engagement with account teams across APAC for the collection of all essential data and understanding on customer requirements. It shall then to work with all relevant stakeholders within the organization to generate the solution and pricing based on the design discussed. It involves in both technical and commercial activities such as generate solution with tools, cost compilation, competitive design and pricing, following the bid process and meeting corporate financial and business objectives.
  • To provide support to in-country team in APAC for solution and pricing. Support RFI / RFP / RFQ requirements from target accounts including support to grow revenue of existing customer.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the tools that are required in conjunction with systems and processes in order to develop quality solution proposals and pricing to in-country team in APAC.
  • Work with account teams to build competitive and profitable solutions for customers and provide pricing analysis.
  • End-to-end bid process – to learn and support bids while following the best practice and the governance in Orange
  • Presales scope – to learn and assist in proposal related matter including understanding the networking solution and to assist in pricing tools.
  • Pricing scope – to learn and support in pricing activity, to assist the team to do pricing simulation, cost analysis, etc Maintain and develop technical specialization and certifications.
  • Interlock with Business Units of products, Sourcing, and other stakeholders during the bid process.
  • Ensure compliance with company regulations, including bid process, Schedule of Authority, etc.
  • Use standard cost, pricing and financial models and tools
  • Interact with Business Units to identify cost optimization and validate non-standard costing
about youQualification and skills
  • Fresh graduate or young professional with no more than 2 years of work experience with recognized degree in any discipline
  • Effective communication skills, good written and spoken Mandarin and English is an essential.
  • Highly self-motivated team player, able to work under pressure, details / result / deadline orientated.
  • Passionate about digital technology and innovation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Driven to excel in dynamic and global business environment.
  • Willing to travel on short notice.
  • Qualification/Education: Degree holder, related certification in cloud, network, and security will be an advantage.
