Company:Qualcomm China## Job Area:Finance & Accounting Group, Finance & Accounting Group > FinanceGeneral Summary:As valuable partner to our business groups, this position is expected to take following responsibilities and tasks for the financial excellence and business success

Planning and forecasting of responsible function spending (Annual budget/Quarterly Outlook/ Quarter end Mini Outlook)

Prepare the variance analysis report for budget/Outlook/Act bridge and highlights

Monthly/Quarterly Financial dashboard report to business partner

OPEX & HC daily management, including PR/PO/Non-PO review, approval, daily tracking, monthly report with financial advisory to BU lead, etc.

Business partnership with responsible Function, including financial/process advisory, decision support, control, and risk monitoring

Partnering with teams for month end PO/non-PO accrual

Ad hoc assignments

Skills/Experience

Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting/Finance

5+ years working experience in financial planning and analysis

Possesses accounting skills & knowledge, familiar with PRC and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

Strong analytical, problem‑solving skills, with a collaborative working style and an approachable, open mindset

Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload with proactive attitude

Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, A good handle on Oracle, AI tools, etc.,

Fluent in English, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, able to build trusted relationship with diverse cross‑functional teams

Experience in the semiconductor or related technology industry is a plus

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.
6+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
