Human by nature.Engineering Manager - Your Future Position?As an Engineering Manager in our Taste & Wellbeing Division, you will report to the Operations Director and be responsible for providing the support on engineering management function.   • Comply with site Quality & Food Safety policy
  • Good Sense & Performance in SHE Record
  • Provide expert technical and engineering support for infrastructure services by implementing systematic preventive maintenance
  • Managing the maintenance group including setting policies, standard procedures and practices
  • Control and monitor maintenance costs to ensure it within the AP budget
  • Monitor and control of all capital projects with the assistance of operation manager
  • Ensure all work carry out comply with relevant codes and standards, whilst maintaining safety and reliability
  • Responsible for proper training and career development of the supervisors/engineers under his/her supervision

  • BS or above degree in engineering of mechanical, electrical or chemical
  • Above 8 years working experience in chemical or food production and minimum 3 years in managerial position, multinational company is preferred
  • A good performance records on engineering management and people development strategy.
  • Aggressive attitude to new challenges
  • Fluent written and spoken English
