- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in e-commerce, marketing, business management, or related fields is preferred.
- At least 5 years of frontline overseas internet e-commerce experience with a deep understanding and knowledge of the African market.
- Proficient in multiple areas of e-commerce operations, product management, traffic monetization, and traffic operations, with a holistic mindset and strategic vision.
- Possess excellent leadership and team management skills, able to inspire team potential and drive rapid business growth.
- Possess good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with different departments and teams to achieve common goals.
- Have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, able to withstand work pressure and actively respond to challenges.
- Develop and execute the overall strategy and plan for the Africa e-commerce business to ensure the effective achievement of business objectives.
- Lead and manage the e-commerce team, enhancing the team's overall execution and innovation capabilities to ensure the efficient completion of various tasks.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitive landscapes in Africa to provide decision support for product positioning, marketing strategies, and traffic operations.
- Be responsible for the operation and management of the e-commerce platform, including but not limited to product listing, pricing strategies, promotional activities, etc., to enhance user activity and purchase conversion rates on the platform.
- Collaborate closely with product managers to drive product optimization and feature iterations, enhancing user experience and platform competitiveness.
- Be responsible for the development and execution of traffic monetization strategies, achieving effective traffic conversion and maximizing revenue through advertising placement, partnership promotions, and other means.
- Track and analyze business data, regularly report business progress and achievements to superiors, and propose improvement suggestions and optimization plans.
- Have successful experience in overseas e-commerce projects, especially achieving significant results in the African market.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and methods, able to guide business decision-making and optimization through data analysis.
- Possess cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients from different nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
