- Support technical response and assistance in a timely manner to the customers in the operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of product lines.
- Respond to phone calls and emails from customers and GE Field Service Engineers (FSE) to resolve field issues.
- Assist customers with Aircraft on Ground (AOG) spare part supporting and issue resolution.
- Provide diagnostics reviews with the customers on the regular basis.
- Develop diagnostics analysis and provide recommendations in a timely manner.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with at least 3 years of experience in aviation industry
- Must be fluent in Chinese and English
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be highly motivated, self-directed individual with a strong work ethic and proven abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to establish productive working relationships in a cross-functional team environment
