The SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) professional is responsible for the effective implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the SAP FICO module. The role involves providing support in various financial areas by utilizing the functionalities of the SAP ERP systemJob Responsibilities:Story specification
Translate business requirements into clear detailed designs. Own and develop high quality Stories (change specifications) and project changes.Development & delivery
Guide, coordinate and oversee the preparation, execution and implementation of the (project) changes and the development of the code/configuration of Stories. Ensure that all partners follow established standards (process & documentation standards, coding and testing standards, naming conventions etc.).Testing
Own testing of changes or stories, and actively oversee testing by business.Incident management
Perform functional or technical problem analysis in case of incidents or issues as needed depending on the severity of the problem.Process management and improvement
Monitor, guard, test and analyze that the use and security of applications and systems regarding the functional and performance aspects are in line with the agreed performance indicators, and if necessary, take measures. Actively contribute to process improvement: e.g, tool development, dashboard/insight development and visualization, script automation. Has a good view of the technical state of the application (technical debt) and regularly discuss and works seamlessly together with the (domain)Architect to develop plans to resolve the technical debt.Project support
Support a project manager by taking ownership of specific project deliverables (specifications, config, testing, etc.).Global function with a high potential|The company create sustainable shared value for all.Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master's degree.
- 8 years in implementation of SAP FICO solutions, 5+ full-cycle SAP project experience.
- Preferred to have a combination of in-house and external agency's working experience.
- Extensive knowledge in SAP Finance submodules including credit management, COPA,COPC. Treasury is a plus.
- Understand integrations with other processes in SAP and with other applications. Has experience in configuring other modules like MM, SD, PP, etc.
- Good knowledge of S/4 Hana and Consolidation Tool like BPC and Hyperion is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
- Should have strong ABAP debug skills and familiar with FICO related user-exists and enhancements.
- Should be familiar with intercompany & cross-company sales process.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical matters in simple terms and clear specifications. Map business requirements to the technical architecture design and data model.
