Job DescriptionCore responsibility

Analyze cross-departmental processes to identify optimization opportunities.
Design & implement innovative process improvements (new workflows, standardization for consistency/quality).
Create daily project/production documentation.
Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate benefits, address concerns, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
Monitor performance data for continuous improvement.
Support company/department initiatives.
Execute other assigned tasks

Do you have what it takes?

Educational Background: Preference for candidates majoring in Industrial Engineering, Management Science and Engineering, or related fields.
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in process improvement. Prior experience in an international company is preferred.
Professional Skills: Familiar with process improvement tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Management). Proficient in using data analysis software for process optimization.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English/Chinese with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, enabling seamless communication with international teams in a professional context.
Project Experience: Candidates with experience in international projects are preferred. Ability to adapt to diverse cultural work environments and strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.
Comprehensive Qualities: Strong problem-solving, and coordination abilities. Demonstrated teamwork spirit, high sense of responsibility, strong execution, and the capacity to work under pressure.

Creative Thinking: Capable of generating innovative ideas and solutions to complex process improvement challenges, and adept at thinking outside the box to drive continuous optimization. * Influence: Skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
