- Analyze cross-departmental processes to identify optimization opportunities.
- Design & implement innovative process improvements (new workflows, standardization for consistency/quality).
- Create daily project/production documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate benefits, address concerns, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Monitor performance data for continuous improvement.
- Support company/department initiatives.
- Execute other assigned tasks
- Educational Background: Preference for candidates majoring in Industrial Engineering, Management Science and Engineering, or related fields.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in process improvement. Prior experience in an international company is preferred.
- Professional Skills: Familiar with process improvement tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Management). Proficient in using data analysis software for process optimization.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English/Chinese with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, enabling seamless communication with international teams in a professional context.
- Project Experience: Candidates with experience in international projects are preferred. Ability to adapt to diverse cultural work environments and strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.
- Comprehensive Qualities: Strong problem-solving, and coordination abilities. Demonstrated teamwork spirit, high sense of responsibility, strong execution, and the capacity to work under pressure.
