Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Channel ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects related to operations of a local manufacturing unit, including the full scope of Production, IE, Engineering, Quality, CI, P&F and Procurement. Each day, you will ensure achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and define improvement actions as needed. You will also showcase your expertise by executing local division/business line quality strategy.You will be mainly accountable for:Implements the Local division/Global business line manufacturing strategy in the country withintheir own area of responsibility.Provides input on Local division/Global business line strategy.Develops proactive strategies to increase business profits, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.Ensures achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and defining improvement actions as needed.Focuses on achievement of operating cash flow, project on-time and on-cost, Requested On-Time Delivery (ROTD), and cost reduction.Implements localization plan.Improves manufacturing technology and competence in line with business unit/product group strategy.Executes business unit/product group quality strategy. Ensures that manufacturing resources implement improvements that address issues identified through Customer Complaint Resolution Process (CCRP), Quality Wins, Transactional Net Promoter Score(T-NPS), Top 5 Quality Initiatives (T5QI) and other voice of the customer initiatives.Drives quality improvement through target setting, monitoring, and benchmarking to continuously improve processes.Qualifications for the role

Bachelor or above in Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, etc.

Working Experience: Operation or other related fields. * Possess good communication and problem solving skills.

Communication/coordination skills cross function/departments
Strong Leadership capability. Ability to motive and develop people
Result-orientated and very responsible
Strong ability to solve conflicts.
