- Design and maintain interactive visual reports using Power BI, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and streamline reporting processes.
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis and support to various finance teams, enhancing operational efficiency and performance tracking.
- Drive digital initiatives within the finance department, promoting automation and data integration.
- Act as a key contributor to the company's digital finance transformation journey.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, with a strong understanding of data modeling and visualization tools (especially Power BI).
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in building dashboards and data platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and business needs.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
