Tasks / Funciones:
  • Daily follow up performance from safety/ quality/ delivery/ cost of NX blade China OEM plant to ensure NX target are 100% fulfillment by OEM plant
  • Defining and working on LEAN to support NX global blade strategy and tracking blade OEM implementation.
  • Identify and eliminate recurring process quality issues in cooperation with Nordex quality
  • Deep dive process improvement opportunities and push blade OEM to carry out
  • According to pick up plan to assess operation process risks and make elimination actions
  • Regular meeting with blade OEM to review their operator's competence whether meet NX requirements
  • Support China MPM on daily operation KPIs driving
Profile / Perfil:
  • Bachelor of Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
  • Rotor blade quality knowledge/experience required.
  • Knowledge of blade manufacturing process and materials.
  • Strong blade defect trouble shooting ability.
  • Leading and communications skills.
