- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive eDealer sales growth in the Chinese market.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with eDealer partners to drive business expansion and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and market penetration.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the e-commerce or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of the Chinese market and eDealer sales dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English languages.
