- 与客户保持联系，确保与客户交付的质量信息的完整性、正确性和及时性(E-APQP、8D报告等…)
- Communicate with customers to ensure the completeness, correctness and timeliness of the quality information delivered to them (E-APQP, 8D reports, etc....)
- 确保项目质量目标在2a阶段与客户达成一致，并在内部进行传达、制定对应措施并定期跟踪
- Ensure that project quality objectives are aligned with the customer in Phase 2A, communicated internally, countermeasures are developed and followed up regularly
- 确保在项目阶段#2a到#4中按时交付与PQL相关的PMS工作包和关键交付项
- Ensure on-time delivery of PMS work packages and key deliverables related to PQL in Project Phases #2a to #4
- 确保在项目阶段客户质量指标及内部质量工作的达成（FCPA、AIMS、PV、检具、FTN、CP、meisterbock、quality readiness、FI&TQW等）
- Ensure the achievement of customer quality indicators and internal quality work during the project phase (FCPA, AIMS, PV, fixtures, FTN, CP, meisterbock, quality readiness, FI&TQW, etc.)
- 组织内部团队管理质量问题的按时关闭
- Timely closure of quality issues managed by the internal team of the organization
- 确保在任何生产阶段，所有与产品相关的要求(KPC、感知质量方面等)都得到控制，并制定有效的控制计划和检查作业指导书
- Ensure that all product-related requirements (KPC, perceived quality aspects, etc.) are controlled at any stage of production, and develop effective control plans and inspection work instructions
- 确保8QB在项目各阶段的执行
- Ensure the implementation of 8QB at all stages of the project
- 与内部团队一起，确保PFMEA&CC/SC&CP的一致性及准确性
- Work with the internal team to ensure consistency and accuracy of PFMEA&CC/SC&CP
- 确保分享质量抱怨的L&L，包括：产品质量问题、客户抱怨等，并组织项目组按时完成相关的整改措施
- Ensure that the L&L of quality complaints is shared, including: product quality problems, customer complaints, etc., and organize the project team to complete the relevant corrective measures on time
- 对于高风险供应商，督促及支持ASQ的交付
- Supervise and support the delivery of ASQ for high-risk suppliers
- 确保一级零件PSW的签署及PPAP提交
- Ensure the signing of the PSW and PPAP submission of the level-1 part
- 投产前负责评估客户要求的可行性，负责与客户质量及工厂质量交流并签署的质量偏差，使质量标准具有量产可行性
- Responsible for evaluating the feasibility of customer requirements before production, and responsible for communicating with customer and sign the quality deviation
- 确保整个项目阶段产品的交付质量，停止任何流程或产品交付，以防严重不符合（SR问题及可能的批量风险问题）一旦发现与产品和过程稳健性相关的风险，立即升级
- Ensure the quality of product delivery throughout the project phase, stop any process or product delivery to prevent non-conformities (SR issues and possible batch risk issues) and escalate as soon as risks related to product and process robustness are identified
