  • Product Onboarding & Configuration: Assist in onboarding new products and configuring backend systems to ensure smooth operations and user experience
  • Process Optimization & Alignment: Streamline operational workflows related to product booking and fulfillment.
  • Post-Booking Issue Resolution & Product Enhancement: Resolve complex customer post-booking issues escalated by CEG, ensuring SLA compliance. Analyze recurring problems, drive root-cause fixes, and optimize product configurations to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Tool & System Usage: Operate various internal and external tools to carry out daily operations - we value fast learners!
  • User Experience Optimization: Help evaluate and improve the booking experience through testing and user journey tracking
What you'll need:
  • Fast learner who can pick up new systems and tools quickly
  • Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail
  • Highly adaptable in fast-changing environments, with a can-do attitude
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Team player who communicates openly and collaborates effectively
  • Good command of written English & Chinese
