Check the running status of the production line and identify mechanical, process or quality problems in the production process
Analyze production abnormalities (such as equipment failures, processing deviations, assembly problems, etc.) and provide quick solutions
Optimize the production process, improve efficiency and reduce the scrap rate.
Prepare and update production work instructions (SOP), process cards and quality control standards
Formulate equipment maintenance procedures and troubleshooting manuals to ensure standardized operation
Put forward suggestions for the improvement of production equipment, fixtures or processes, and promote the implementation
Cooperate with the quality department to analyze customer complaints or internal nonconforming products, and formulate corrective and preventive measures (CAPA)
Participate in the trial production of new products to ensure manufacturability (DFM)
Identify potential safety hazards (such as mechanical injuries, electrical risks, chemical leakage, etc.) at the production site and promote rectification
Supervise employees to comply with safety operating procedures (such as PPE wearing, device locking, LOTO, etc.)
Ensure that production activities meet environmental protection requirements (e.g. wastewater, exhaust gas, noise control)
Organize EHS training to improve employees' safety awareness and emergency response capabilities (such as fire drills).
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics, industrial engineering, etc.
More than 3 years of on-site technical support or process in machinery manufacturing
Familiar with machining (turning, milling, grinding), sheet metal, welding or assembly process
Understand ISO 9001 quality management system and EHS standards such as ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001
Quickly locate the root cause of production abnormalities and put forward effective countermeasures
Be able to develop clear technical documents and training materials
Familiar with the safety standards of the machinery manufacturing industry (such as GB machinery safety standards)
Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma
Have CAD/SolidWorks drawing foundation, and be able to participate in tooling design.
