- Talent acquisition:
- Identify, implement hiring strategies and manage all the recruitment activities.
- Learning & Development:
- Identify and manage training program to support business strategy and improvement of employee competencies.
- Support on “My Development” and Hilti People Review activities, manpower planning and people movement.
- Performance management:
- Support and coach on “My Contribution” activities, including Target setting, Ongoing review, End year review and Performance improvement process.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Have a deep understanding in Reward policy, be a bridge to communicate and drive performance of team members.
- Culture:
- Work with business units to analyze Geos report and define action plans to improve people engagement.
- Work with Sherpa to organize Our Culture Journey or other Hilti culture sessions to align employees’ value and motivation to drive for behavior change.
- Others:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in HR or other majors of management.
- Fluent English in both verbal and written.
- Proven success in driving HR topics such as employee engagement, employee relations, talent management and recruitment.
- Strategic and business mind-set with clear HR transformation map and ability to partner with key stakeholders in the business.
- Excellent communication skills with clarity to influence and interact across all levels of management, close to people and listen to people voice and address timely.
- Ability to work successfully in a matrix organization, with courage to challenge the status quo.
- 7+ years of experience as a senior HR Professional in a matrix organization
