Provide leadership and ownership in problem solving to ensure timely troubleshooting on measurement equipment issues2. Follow up measurement related open issues and coordinate necessary support from internal/external resource to fix the issues3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate the capability & capacity of existing measurement equipment and implement continuous improvement4. Work closely with IT engineers to develop necessary reports of measurement equipment for end users5. Regularly check and monitor measurement equipment through PI, JMP reports, IMS reports and other tools to ensure measurement data integrity6. Set up new process & equipment parameters and prepare necessary tooling for new products introduction7. Make annual MSA plan and conduct annual MSA to meet customer requirement8. Develop fundamental understanding of measurement equipment9. Update of WI, CP, and PFMEA for screen printing and training of operators for qualification10. Update of trouble-shooting guides and training of maintenance11. Management of consumables to ensure supply for production with proper inventoryEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Precise Instrument.
More than 3 years’ experience in process/equipment management or related work is preferredRequired Competency (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities)1. Strong sense of ownership and teamwork
2. Strong problem-solving skills with deep diving spirit
3. Good English reading, writing, and communication skills
4. Good statistics and reporting capability
5. Basic understanding of mechanical & electrical theory
6. Knowledge of metrology gauges operation and calibration is a plus
