Lead product development roles for technical formulation development for graphic related products (e.g. PVC/Non-PVC based digital printing graphic film)

Interact with business team and customers to identify new product opportunities

Work closely with cross function team to develop, validate process, product performance and material specification, enable NPI commercialization

Identify patent opportunities and support enterprise IP processes

Apply disciplined project practices to prioritize, execute, and document for work.

Qualification:

Master and above degree in Polymer, Material Science, Chemical Engineering or relative disciplines is preferred

5+ years of experience in graphic film related areas as a product developer or similar role, familiar with film manufacturing processes

NPI project management skills in planning, executing and tracking the progress to ensure an on-time delivery or launch into the market

Able to work on multiple projects at once and identify technical uncertainties, propose resolving hypothesis and build plans to verify

Innovative, resourceful, organized, and a self-starter with excellent handwritten, oral communication skills and analytical problem-solving ability
