职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of web, mobile APP software and cloud software developers to develop codes required by various projects
Ensure software are properly tested (UT, SIT and Pipeline); launch beta testing trials to make sure smooth code launch is assured
Work closely with various team using agile development methodology agreed to ensure quality or work
Work closely with project and product management team to definition development feasibility and priorities
Accountability:
Drive IOT business growth in china
Develop, communicate, and deliver the IOT project plans for web, mobile APP and cloud software
Keep track of relevant technologies, in the areas of software and cloud development
Work closely with cloud operations team for investigation of and fixing issues in a timely manner
Give appropriate technical training to sales personnel
Authority:
Establishment of generation plans for products / solutions/ technologies
Organization of review meetings to track progress and results
Collaborate project teams to drive and coordinate activities
Qualifications:
5 years+ of experience in software development or IT programming required
Experience in a lead software engineering role implementing and managing best practice development controls and processes required
Experience managing tight timelines using agile development practices required
Experience in Digital, IoT, Cloud technologies ,databases, and software security concepts required
Experience in designing applications architectures and integrating systems required
Experience programming and testing in (JavaScript, Jquery, HTML5, CSS3, LINQ) preferred
Experience with Ethernet, Wi-Fi networks, LAN, PAN, WAN and Mobile Networks
Familiar with IoT (Internet of Things) protocols like MQTT, AMQP, HTTPS, SNMP, FTP etc. along with Security aspects.
Experience with Protocols like RS485, CAN, TCP/IP, ZigBee, Mi-Wi, NB-IOT and other ioT related technologies
