2、具备良好的沟通表达能力、销售数据分析能力和谈判技巧；

5、具备积极主动，良好的团队合作精神，优秀的政策执行能力，良好的竞争意识，具备抗压力；
6、积极正向，能快速融入团队，对自身职业规划清晰，具备强烈的上进心；
7、学习能力，能快速进入工作状态What will be your key responsibilities?

1、负责区域内的渠道与人员管理，带领团队完成公司分配的销量目标

2、管理所负责的渠道经销商客户日常工作，经销商日常管理沟通；
3、带领团队成员完成分销/陈列/价格/库存等市场表现目标，渠道拓展目标
4、与主要经销商进行定期生意计划和回顾及行动计划制定跟进；
5、团队管理，激励和支持团队意愿和能力的提升，打造高执行力的团队；What can you expect from Mars?
