- Conduct professional development research by exploring CMOS image sensor design technology, monitoring industry trends, gaining a deep understanding of user requirements, and executing comprehensive development plans for the CMOS image sensor professional direction.
- Set technical objectives to overcome challenges in architecture design and analog circuit design for high sensitivity, low noise, high speed, and CMOS/SPAD image sensors. Integrate specialized process technology to create essential design technology IPs aligned with product application needs.
- Define product objectives focused on delivering high-performance and highly reliable CMOS image sensor devices. Guide the development of two or more flagship products to establish a cohesive product series.
- Drive market objectives by collaborating on the promotion and application of CMOS image sensor products.
- Foster talent development by guiding the team's analog/digital/pixel/layout module engineers in executing relevant design tasks and systematically elevating the team's design technology proficiency.
- Hold a doctoral degree in Microelectronics or a related field with a focus on integrated circuits.
- Demonstrate strong industry foresight and market capabilities.
- Possess robust skills in CMOS image sensor architecture design and analog circuit design. Proficient in industry-standard EDA software and well-versed in the complete process simulation design of hybrid integrated circuits.
- Accumulate more than 3 years of experience in designing CMOS image sensor devices within reputable domestic and international enterprises or research institutes. Preference given to those with experience in mass production.
- Have a track record of major projects or series product design teams.
