Develop, implement, and provide support for interdepartmental IT solutions
Participate actively in the digital evolution of Bosch Mobility, including the migration to SAP S/4
Be part of digital transformation projects within your area of expertise, working in international project and program assignments
Collaborate to facilitate the standardization of processes alongside other Process Experts, Process Managers and IT departments
Engage in productive cooperation with a global network of Process and IT Experts
Take the lead for Process Improvement Action activities

Work as PST (Process Solution team) member in international project and program assignments
Support our internal customers worldwide in case of business process issues and questions
High motivation to improve business processes in implementing standard BBM solutions
Identification of local training needs and provide expertise for training measures
Regular coordination and information sharing within our global Expert Network and with local key user groups
QualificationsWhat distinguishes you?
Bachelor degree in IT, Business Administration or Economics
At least 3 years of experience with Plant Maintenance process
Consulting and rollout process knowledge
Excellent English skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Analytical skills and passion to harmonize and standardize processes
Self-organized, structured and customer support oriented
Bosch internalProcess Expert in I2P-PM (Invest-to-Produce Plant Maintenance) AreaTo work as a Process Expert for Plant Maintenance Management you should have
Very good knowledge and expertise in BBM maintenance management processes and interfaces to shop floor areas
Solid experience with working in IT related projects (e.g. Rollout, Migration, Training, Test management/Testing, Track&Release)
